RETURNS

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic and international orders. Store credit and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that all custom orders, class deposits, consultations and sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All returned/exchanged items must be in re-salable condition having not been WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED. All tags must be attached and original packaging must be in tact.

SHIPPING

Shipping, handling and custom charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees. Please look to Terms & Conditions page for more detailed information.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We do not have a warranty on our products. However, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and in store. Please contact beaute.asylum@yahoo.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items.
